Alex H. Weber
Alex H. Weber has long-standing expertise in transnational wealth engineering and transfer techniques, estate and tax planning, philanthropic projects, and asset management and investment consulting. He previously worked as a relationship manager and financial planner at Credit Suisse in Zurich and Hong Kong, and subsequently as an attorney-at-law at Niederer Kraft & Frey. He serves on the boards of various companies and chairs several charities and non-profit organisations.
Alex H. Weber holds a Master of Laws (MLaw) degree from the University of Zurich, a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in International Finance and Banking Laws from Boston University, and is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.

Dr. Markus A. Frey
Dr. Markus A. Frey is well established in trust and estate matters, family office services, banking and finance, and international private equity transactions. Since retiring from Niederer Kraft & Frey, he has worked as an independent legal consultant and serves on the boards of numerous international companies and institutions. He chairs several charity foundations and non-profit organisations and is the Swiss Honorary General Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Dr. Markus A. Frey holds a doctorate (PhD) from the University of Zurich and a postgraduate Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Zurich, Swiss, and International Bar Associations.
