Every mandate begins with a conversation and ends, ideally, never. Five steps define how we come to know a family and how we remain useful across generations.

01Step

Initial Conversation

A private, no-obligation meeting to understand your family's situation, priorities, and long-horizon ambitions. We listen first and recommend nothing until we know where you stand.

02Step

Discovery & Mandate Definition

A structured review of assets, existing structures, governance, and succession intentions. From this we articulate a clear mandate: what you want us to do, and just as importantly, what you do not.

03Step

Proposal & Engagement

A written proposal setting out scope, responsibilities, fees, and deliverables. Nothing is priced on contingency; nothing is cross-subsidised by product commissions. You sign only once every line is clear.

04Step

Onboarding & Structuring

Implementation of the agreed structures (trusts, foundations, holding vehicles, reporting infrastructure) in coordination with existing counsel, custodians, and advisors. We integrate rather than replace.

05Step

Ongoing Stewardship

Quarterly consolidated reporting, annual governance reviews, and continuous oversight of appointed managers and banks. A single point of accountability across decades, not quarters.
